Running Accomplishments:

My 10K PR is 32:40, set in 1988 at Fort Lewis, WA.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Short term goal is a sub 40 minute 10K, would also like to have a respectable time for a 1/2 marathon.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I hope to have the pleasure of racing with my kids as they get older.

Personal:

I was a fairly fast 10Ker approximately 20 years ago.  Although I have been running, at various levels, since that time, I haven't been focused solely on running (done a lot of biking, and triathlons....even powerlifting for a few years!).

I am married and have 2 kids, a boy (10) and a girl (8).  My wife is an avid cyclist and races in Idaho and Utah.

Home to Channing Way out and back on a cool and enjoyable morning.  Best enjoyable run I've had in a while, pace was 7:40 and felt easy and great.  Nice start to the day, and the week.

Sounds like a great run! Up for a beer this week, maybe Wednesday?

Wednesday might work, let me verify with the powers that be!
